Add-on questions
Which add-ons do I need?
Only the ones your free water test supports. Hardness above about 120 mg/L points to the scale conditioner; tank or bore water points to UV; a PFAS concern or lab result points to the certified RO upgrade. We recommend the leak shut-off for every home.
Are add-ons pre-selected in my proposal?
No. Your proposal marks add-ons your results support as recommended, with the reason, but you tick them yourself.
Are add-ons covered by the Care Plan?
Yes. Servicing for your add-ons is included in the first 12 months with every system. After that, any extra cost is shown as a fixed line in your quote before you accept.
